Apologies to all those who have tried to download so far and couldn't - the issue was not with us but with Dropbox who have had a worldwide fault which, because they are on US time, means there's been a delay for those of us here in Europe. I have fixed the links with a shortcut, so now if you use the normal download method, you should be fine. Any problems, please let me know ASAP. Thanks
